Was this SIM already in the phone? [US plug, FM Radio and headset and no bluetooth?] I have yet to try to activate a phone with the SIM in the phone [dial 808]. If you do, could you tell us what it ask of you? For instance does it let you choose an area code? [Right now, on the web site, previously available states are not now available: CA, AZ, NV. [CA!---that is 10% of the US.]

Having handfuls of Tru SIMs, I decided today that I was going to see how activating using the SIM in a phone and dialing 808 would work. It did not. However, when I called CS and she said if 808 had worked it would have forwarded to CS. So I went and activated the SIM online instead. |

Tru business SIM accounts already have AT&T network capability... it was the personal use Tru SIM that was limited to T-Mobile. Great news!
