Easy steps:
1) go to a Wind shop and buy a prepaid card (any tariff, it doesn't change for data) 2) ask the dealer to switch the language to English (he must put the card into a phone and call 4242) 3) ask the dealer to refill your card with at least 5€ (you already have 5€ in the starting kit and you just need 9€ for 1 month of data) 4) when it's active (you connect to the network and can actually send an SMS) send a free SMS to 4033 writing NO STOP SI 5) wait for the comfirmation SMS(es) before starting using data Deceased Prepaids: CZ: Oskar, Eurotel; SK: Orange; DE: E-Plus, Aldi, Simyo; GE: Geocell; AM: Armentel; PL: Heyah, Plus; LT: Tele2; LV: Amigo; EE: Elisa; UA: Kyivstar; NZ: Vodafone; INT: UM, UM+, ICQSim.
