The second message in the second screenshot says "we've billed you 5 of 9 euros for the activation of internet no stop".
New wind sims comes with only 5 euros of credit, so you should topup at least 10€. You can check your credit dialing *123# if your credit is 0, options, such as internet no stop, doesn't work. |
