AT&T has changed their prepaid plans and now US by the minute rate is 10cents/minute.

That 25cents/minute inside Mexico rate looks a lot better.

I leave the 18th. I have now gotten an AT&T prepaid account to play with also.

Back from a cruise to Ensenada, I tried my old single US number SIMple Calling SIM and it was able to send and receive SMSes. I did not try voice calls because I did not know how much it would cost and it did not work in the past.
