What is important and what has changed recently is the new fair use policy that you seen to have introduced (like some others). This is only monetioned in the small print and the text itself is very unclear.

But maybe you can give us some more information on how fair use is seen. Is there a ratio, time frame, do you give warning or just disconnect.
