Uhm, which UM card do you have? +423 or +44? It seems that roaming agreements for +423 decreased, but I didn't try it the last time I was in Croatia. Did you try with all 3 the Croatian operators?

When you were in Slovenia did you pay for incoming calls? That's another bad news from UM...

I have +44 card and i tried all Croatina operators.
In Slovenia i payed to receive but next month i keep in my bag Travelsim.

Any suggestion about a good international card for this country ? (excluding Croatian operators)
