Well even making balance calls free and calls to voicemail will not help UM.

I made some balance calls that were charged and wonder if the autmoatically refund everyone ?

But I am using the easyroam travelsim card now, review will follow and this works fine, no incomming call cost and free in belgium (where I am most of the time, UM+ was not free in Belgium)
