Your idea is good, your relatives can refill your sim with only 5 euro

You can also accept 'promo mms' (it's free): it give you other 12 months to use your sim card (you can call 4916?)

Would my relatives just go to a tobacco store with my Cell number, is that all they would need? Because they sure don't have my cell phone.
