With 'Sos mi ricarichi' you can transfer 2 or 8 euro by a sim to other sim (both Vodafone, obviously): but you have more than 3 euro, so you can't use it
Perhaps in some italian shop it has possible to find a 5-euro-card yet, but i'm not sure. Just yesterday, i've been to 3 supermarkets, the minimum amount was 15 euro
