![]() After my trip to Bulgaria, where UM+ didn't work at all, I noticed today, that I was twice charged EUR 4.99 for connections to my Bulgarian SIM-card, which I tried to call, allthough I never received a callback on the UM+ number nor did I receive a call on the called Bulgarian number. I suspect in both cases do have tried initiating connections by USSD command.
So obviously beyond the trouble with some roaming partners their own system is a mess, like their customer support, which still hasn't been responding for a week now. postpaid: O2 on Business XL; prepaid: DE: Aldi Talk, Lidl; UK: 3; BG: MTel, vivacom; RU: MTS; RS: MTS; UAE: du Tourist SIM; INT'L: toggle mobile VoIP: sipgate.de (German DID); sipgate.co.uk (British DID); ukddi.com (British DID); sipcall.ch (Swiss DID); megafon.bg (Bulgarian DID); InterVoip.com |
