I can see that some cost is involved in carrying the call "round trip". Since that real cost is only a few cents, they could simply waive the cost. It would often be made up when the customer calls to pick up messages. If a line exceeds 2G of data in a month, pay $10 more for that line. [That only happens a couple times/year. |
