Actually, I tried my tmobile payg to my UM card about a month ago and it connected. Before then it used to say some thing that "calling that number is not allowed"
That tmobile rate is still a very good rate to call internationally. AFAIK, all the other US carriers charge upwards of $1 to call a UK landline talkless of a mobile. Unless, one signs up for an international calling plan. Quote:
