VIVATEL prepaid sim card and roaming

Hi all,it is anybody know with bulgarian VIVATEL prepaid card roaming how works in spain,italy,germany,england i see official info from vivatel site but how to in practic may be only incoming calls not sending sms and USSD codes for credit *102# works or no?

Last time when I checked roaming capabilities of my Vivatel SIM here in Germany about 5-6 weeks ago, it was only admitted to the E-Plus Network, in which I could only receive calls and SMS, but I wasn't able to place calls and send SMS or USSD commands. But I will check that again on the weekend and give you an update.

Okay, I've just tried my Vivatel SIM here in Germany and the only network I could get into was E-Plus. Incoming SMS and calls worked fine, allthough incoming calls didn't have an international prefix. Outgoing calls are blocked, but outgoing SMS works.

USSD commands *102#for credit works?and other *103#,*104# and testing with T-mobile network

USSD commands all work properly. *102# returns the credit, *103# the current tariff and *104# details on promotions.

Also I've just tried to register with all other German networks manually and I was admitted to T-Mobile, too.
Yesterday I used a function called "select new network", which obviously didn't try those networks, which refused my SIM before.
