Same here...my FreeGlobalSim (+447624) is also showing in and out caller ID. Tried it with both Cingular and tmobile. Looks like they have resolved it.

I am trying it tomorrow in belgium but it looks like the IOM card have solve the called id problem. Can more people please test this and confirm.

Looking at the problems UM+ still has and IOM now offering caller ID i will keep my IOM number and use UM+ as an extra.
