Issues after voicestick upgrade

I received an email as I am sure many who use voicestick have stating that they were upgrading their systems. Well, now that its been done when I try and call a Mexican cellphone number the line goes dead immediately. I dial the number on my cell and hit pound, as soon as that happens my call is disconnected. This is NOT an issue on my cell, dialing a landline number works fine with voicestick, its just that the cellphone numbers are not able to be dialed. Anyone else run into this issue?
