Hmm, I think I saw old rules even in April, but not wery sure about it .
As of today, forwarding to Iceland costs 0.29, Estonia 0.21, Monaco 0.19, UK (e.g. to another Manx SIM with different free incoming countries) 0.10 and Liechtenstein - tadaaaaa!!!: $1.00

And all prices are VAT-exclusive...
