In theory Tele2 is the cheapest one, but the debiting method is different: 60/10 vs 10/1 for M-Budget. So for a call of 10 seconds M-Budget is still the winner with a cost of 0.06 CHF vs 0.33 CHF for Tele2.
Another info comes from Coop Mobile. They have a new price from the 2nd april 2007: 0.36 CHF/min instead of 0.39 CHF/min (http://www.coop.ch/coopmobile/). The game is not over...
