Can the 5gb data deal for 19 euros per month on Tre Italy be used also abroad via Three Like Home?

I think that you can't use promotions abroad, with the Italian version of 3 Like Home.

But I'm not sure about this.

Here it says GPRS Roaming costs €2/mb. I guess this applies to 3 Networks outside Italy aswell.

No, it's a postpaid offer.
Similar options are the usual ones of Wind, which work also abroad, but with not much sense anymore...

I read here that 3 Italy just changed it now, so that 3 Like Home from 3 Italy includes data traffic, ie the 5gb can be used abroad in other 3 Like Home countries.

No, I'm sorry, it's not true, at least officially. On the 3 Come a Casa page it says that the "traffico dati" has the national tariff, not the data options. In fact if you look at the data options details there's written it works only on 3 net, which is intended as 3 ITA of course. You can try to use with naviga3, it could work (it used to work time ago, much before the 3 Like Home, but it's a long time that I didn't try it)
