The best way is not to buy stupid Nokias!
 You won't have any problem with Sony-Ericsson, Siemens and I think Motorola as well, while there are problems with LG and I suppose Samsung too. And Nokia, of course. Unfortunately the only way seems to ask here if someone has the phone you want to buy and see if it works...
