I tried to call with the cheapest i have first - and had been successful.

with simply-connect (www.simply-connect.de) the call got trough within 5 seconds, sound quality was 100% crystal clear from my side.

The charge is 20.32 ct/min, billed in 1 second increments or
19.44 ct/min when billed in one minute increments (you can choose the tariff).
