Cosmote (Gr) does not offer this service as far as I know.....

What Cosmote offers is give you an email and every email that you get from anyone you get notification for it (subject, sender) via sms on your mobile.

In Poland there's such a service in Plus (both prepaid and postpaid, but not the low-cost prepaid Sami Swoi). However, they don't advertise it at all :P. Moreover, there are secret daily limits for abuse protection.

Sunrise and Amena don't offer the service too...

I found out that Cosmote have a service like that. You have to text 'E' to 5000 to turn this service on, then you login to mail.mycosmos.gr and get email excerpts via sms to yournumber@mycosmos.gr

This service (I am using it!) is not as you describe it. It is as I have described on my previous message.

It works fine and for free with ORANGE NL, both prepaid and postpaid. Send e-mail to a mobile in this form: 06XXXXXXXX@orange.nl

You will have to activate it on their website: http://www.orange.nl/mijn_account/ (in Dutch only ..)

Every time an e-mail is send you will receive a sms message with details like time:, from:, subject: and 1 or 2 lines of the message.

At http://www.orange.nl/webmail/ or via WAP/GPRS you can read the whole message.
