O2 Ireland Voucher For Topping Up Wind?

Does o2 Ireland vouchers work for recharging my Wind sim? I heard before that only o2 Germany and o2 UK vouchers worked, but looking at this page

it looks like all o2 networks work, is it so?

If yes, will I get 10 euro Wind credit if I buy a 10 euro o2 Ireland?
I saw on the forum that an o2 Germany 30 euro voucher gave only 25 euros, but on the other hand a 4 euro wind topup gave 4 euro on o2 UK. So what's the deal?

I heard that when recharing Wind cards with german O2 Loop vouchers you have to pay up to 3€ recharging fees.

Who knows... that page is very old, in the meanwhile Amena has become Orange (and surely it doesn't work anymore with Wind), while Telefonica entered the Starmap and Vodafone Sweden has become Telenor (but also in Serbia and Montenegro there's Telenor now, and in Czech Republic it's O2...). Of course no one in Wind knows if it works...
