United Mobile In Taiwan And Hong Kong

Thank you all for your reply. I just could not get my Razor phone to work in this area. I guess Razor phone is not a 3G phone. I got a the same answer from United Mobile as Maccoy and Prion and Money69 and powerlifter. This is what I got from them:

Our provider in Taiwan is VIBO. You need a 3G mobilephone (UMTS) to be able to use it in Taiwan. Unfortunately VIBO is the only roaming provider that we got in Taiwan.

I am leaving to Hong Kong today and then will fly to MainLand China after 4 days. Does anyone know if I will have the same problem in those areas or not.
