Just found local O2 already offers My Europe package. You pay Euro 10 without VAT as monthly fee plus Euro 0.60 without VAT for outgoing minute. Incoming calls are free. This Europe is very small at the moment - only Czech neighbours + UK and Spain .
Moreover, I think that 60 eurocents/min excl. VAT is rather overpriced unless they provide good debiting - at least 10/10 :whistle:
