It seems that all calls to European destinations and some other destinations from with CH are now 39 rappen (~.25 Euros). Roaming is still a bit pricey: 80 rappen (.5 Euros) inbound in Europe and 2 SF (1.2 Euros) outside Europe. Outbound is more, obviously.
