Did you email Cizake as mentioned above? If so, what was his response, did he give a tracking # or so? Seems like he has been able to help most people here with getting their sims...even though most still have one issue or another regarding the sims functionality.
With 35 days gone and no sim, it sure seems like something is wrong. See what Cizake can do for you. Quote:
