Call Back And Sim Cards

I'm completely new to this whole callback thing! I've got a few simple questions. Firstly has the Enlinea and CBW problem been sorted out yet? From what I read in this forum, they seem to be the best callback providers.

Also, I am interested in using callback with an international roaming SIM. I have a Lichtenstein SIM, but so far have only used it for incoming. I've gone to the callback websites, but I can't see a seperate rate for Lichtenstein Mobile. Is that because there is only one rate? Also, what country do you select for the IOM sim cards. Do they just get treated as ordinary UK Cellular numbers?

Is there also an 'idiots guide' to the benefits of the different enlinea services... I notice they have nice simple names but in a nutshell what are the virtues of using Basic, Melon, Mango, Papaya etc.

Would be grateful for any tips.
