Activating Wind Mega No Limit

Sorry for all the questions, but I hope that if I ask them here and they get answered, then they will help somebody in the future.

I have send MEGA SI to 4533 and recived this:

"gentile cliente, grazie per la sua richiesta. a breve ricevera un sms di conferma dell'avvenuta attivazione della mega no limit."

I translated using Babelfish but the result wasn't clear to me.

Does this mean I will receive another SMS when the NO LIMIT is activated, or does this message confirm that it is activated NOW.
