SFR prepaid SIM, Data does not work in Italy

Dears,

I am using SFR prepaid SIM that has 10 GB of data, the lady at SFR confirmed to me that the data can be used while roaming. Unfortunately, I am currently in Italy, connected to vodaphone but the data does not work.

I tried changing th APN settings to Vodaphone's setting I found on the net but that didn't work.

Worth mentioning that I don't speak French, so calling SFR hasn't been of much help.
