EU roaming data SIM

Hi,
does any of you happened to be using the Go Europe option from Orange.es? I just bought myself a prepaid Mundo SIM card and logged into my account to activate the Go Europe option, only to find that I am using a tarif called "tu Mundo" and this costs 1,21€ monthly. (!!!)
Has anyone experienced having to pay for the monthly fee already?
