Actually there are a couple of hints on the web that Achilles Rupf is behind Naka, such as the SOA record for the domain name nakamobile.com:

Ohje, das sind die selben Typen, die auch schon United Mobile in den Ruin getrieben haben. Achilles Rupf ist da der Drahtzieher. Anscheinend hat die Swiss hier keine gute Recherche gemacht.
