Data package for Ruegen without registration hassle

Dear All,

A friend of mine is going to the beautiful island of Ruegen to enjoy the last days of summer there. However her accomodation does not provide a WiFi, so a prepaid SIM with data is a must.

The problem is, that she does not speak German and she is not keen on bureuocracy and formalities.

So my question is simple - what prepaid should she chose that
- Is possible to buy offline on the island of Ruegen
- Is possible to register without German ID or German residence - online registration is not a problem, I can register the card for her from Poland when she'd send me the details but I do not like lying and providing false adresses - we live in EU for Christ's sake, I would like to use my real address thank you very much

- Provides a nano-sim
- Provided that above points are OK, provides the cheapest option for 1GB of data for one week
