LMT has launched its UMTS-HSDPA (3,5G) network in Latvia, and prepaid customers should be able to use it.

International Roaming:

To use O!Karte abroad, it shall be activated in the LMT network (first call shall be made). New O!Karte package may not be activated abroad. O!Karte has full roaming in almost all international networks.
On international roaming you can make and receive calls, send/receive SMS and use GPRS. You can make direct calls or use callback USSD code for making more cheaper calls: enter *102*number# and press call key.
Outgoing calls on EMT (Estonia) and Omnitel (Lithuania) networks: LVL 0.30 (direct call) or LVL 0.20 (with USSD callback).
Outgoing calls in other European Economic Area (EEA) countries: LVL 0.33/min - € 0.47
Incoming calls on EMT (Estonia) and Omnitel (Lithuania) networks are free of charge.
Incoming calls in other European Economic Area (EEA) countries: LVL 0.12/min - € 0.17
