Orange France mobicarte help

Hello everybody.

Having arrived in France, I bought the 9Euro mobicarte on the orange.fr website. Orange states that the mobicarte is "5E de credit + 5E de recharge" and the page on their website says: "Vous disposez de 15 jours pour activer votre code de rechargement sous réserve d’avoir du crédit sur votre compte principal. Une fois activé, vous disposez d’un délai d’un mois pour consommer votre crédit de 5€."

So the question is, how do I activate that additional 5euro recharge credit? Thanks in advance.
