Topping up prepay sims via the web

Hello I have three European vodafone prepay SIM cards
Italy
Germany
UK (Jersey)

I searched for specific information on how to credit them online, and found the following:
For Italy: Rechargemysim - Recharge your airtime credit for any italian SIM-Card
Is this a good site to do this ?

But am at a loss as to how to do it for the other countries.

I would also like to check the balance on these sims, how can I do this ?

The Vodafone helpdesk in New Zealand were quite unhelpful.
