Hi there.

I'm not sure when Millen182 purchased his GO-SIM card, but we offer a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee. If he can't telephone us for any reason all he has to do is go to the Contact Us page on International SIM Cards from GOSIM™ - cheap mobile calls from abroad and it can be dealt with promptly.

Alternatively, we do offer the options of either additional UK or US numbers, in case that might be an easier option. Again, the best thing to do is to submit a ticket via our Contact Us page and we'll take care of it.
