Callback and International SIM

Has anyone used the American International Telephonics, LLC callback service with an International SIM in countries with free incoming calls? They have no monthly fee or connection fees. They will to a credit card after a call.

Calls back to the U.S. from Europe are about 9 cents to a land line and 38+/- cents to a cell phone.

How was the call quality? Does anyone have another reliable callback company?
