Attention folks! The small print on the linked page says:

Eine ausländische Guthabenkarte muss allerdings auch in dem Land, in dem sie gekauft wurde, aufgeladen werden, eine Aufladung in Deutschland oder einem anderen Land ist nicht möglich. [...]

which means:

A foreign topup voucher must however be recharged in the country, where it was bought. Recharging in Germany or in another country in not possible. [...]

So you can't use an Italian topup voucher to recharge a German CallYa SIM while being in Germany.
