dialling the +423 663 099 911 gives interesting information (announcement). On United Mobile - Low rates for calls and internet abroad you can subscribe for a newsletter. I'll put the SIM-card in my cupboard and will wait for the time to come. Meanwhile I use my Swisscom NATEL Easy. Not the cheapest one, but quality.
