How to top-up an 02 simcard if your not from the UK?

I'm trying to top it up now, but unfortunately you need to have a credit card registered on a UK adres. Is there any website where I can buy top-up credit for 02 uk, where I can pay with a non_uk registered credit card or with pay pal? In the Netherlands there are loads of sites doing this, for Dutch sims, but I didn't succeed in finding a British site doing the same.
