right, i've got the sim and i've got a topup code - what now?!! (orange FR)

I'm still having fun trying to get my Orange FR sim card ready for my trip.

I bought a SIM card off ebay.

I bought a topup code (recharge) off ebay.

I've registered on orange.fr but have a slight problem in that i don't know what the 4 digit security code is - and i don't speak french so don't know how i will communicate with customer services!

Now, does anyone know how i topup my sim with the recharge code i got? Is there a number i can dial where i can do it without having to talk to anyone?

Thanks - i'm tearing my hair out on this one!!
