![]() UM+ has not been working in Bulgaria, since I arrived on Saturday.
Allthough I'm booked on the only roaming partner's network (M-Tel, MNC: 284-01) I'm unreachable for callers and consequently also for the callback. Callers either hear nothing, or a busy tone or an announcement, saying the number is currently not available. Outgoing calls are not blocked as usual, but I hear an announcement of the local operator ("your account has been suspended"). Callback requests by USSD (*131*number#) are terminated with the correct message "Thank you for your request", but I'm not being called back. Balance requests by dialing 089 result in a busy tone, but the balance SMS arrives.
