China/HK Prepaid SIM with data?

I'm going to be traveling to both China and Hong Kong in about a month and I was wondering what the best prepaid SIM cards are that offer calling to and from China+Hong Kong, texting, and data in both China+Hong Kong.

Pandaphone.com used to offer exactly what I want-- a prepaid SIM that has local phone numbers for China and Hong Kong, as well as a prepaid data plan, but they seemingly only offer the prepaid SIM without the data plan.
