Cheapest _WORKING_ VOIP operator to United Mobile

Thanks, I just registered. But they initially don't allow paypal to top-up my account. So it will probably take some time before I can tell you if it is working for me to.

You said you have a lot of VOIP providers. Do you mind sharing the list? I never heard about this one. It's not cheap to call Belgium, but for Liechtenstein it's great ! I'm also looking for a cheap UK Mobile provider. Voipcheap (7cents) is good, but there is quite a delay, so want to check out others...
