funny, in Austria I have not been charged (neither at T-Mobile nor at ONE), in Germany (T-Mobile) I have been charged in full (very expensive).
Have you seen the new Orange Portal? Looks quite good. I use my orangeclick SIM now as my only Phone in Switzerland and will cancel my TANGO LI SIM with free incoming calls.
