A friend of mine will move to Grenoble for his master studies next month and he is highly interested in subscribing to Free's "Forfait Free" tariff for € 19.99/month.
Can anyone tell me what formalities are required to become a customer? I guess he will need a French bank account? Is there anything else to observe? Does Free also run shops or are they direct selling online only?
