	 I bought a Worldsim sim card for use while in South Africa. 
		
	
		
		
		
		
		
	
	I bought the 30 Pound ( $51 ) credit. I have not been able to use the phone after registering the sim card, the credit that came with the card was used up registering the sim card. I have e-mailed Worldsim, I have tried phoning using a landline but call quality is so bad I could not understand the support person. I have used their Self Help at least 2 times, this has not resulted in fixing the problem. The problem is the credit is showing on my account but the mobile phone still shows no credit. It looks as if I have had the money stolen off me with very little chance of getting the money back. I will never use WorldSim again.  |
