I need O2 Uk sim (activate and recharge) from ITALY

Hi,
I'm italian and I live in Italy.

I need two sim(at least one):

Vodafone UK with 20£
O2 UK with 15£

They must be "register to me".
I check on the official carriere site and I see the free sim, but they don't send they abroad.
I just check on ebay but I don't know if I can activate(and recharge) they from Italy.
How do I do?
PS: these is my first post on these forum, it's very cool
