If you plan to venture into the countryside it would not be unreasonable to take along a satellite phone, such as Thruaya. OTOH, a prepaid SIM in Ghana is only 40,000 Cedi (3.57 Euro), so you could probably afford one for each carrier.  |

					Country:    |  02-07-2006, 13:04  Yackie lists Ghana too.  On a different but similar not, I used MTN Nigeria when I was in Lagos, Nigeria lastyear. And, coverage was excellent! Had no problems making calls at all and my V551 showed full bars every where I went. GPRS connection was very good too. Quote:
