Belgium Low Rate Prepaid Sim Card

Hello, i must go in Belgium for 6 month and i want one council for select low rate sim card:

I look simyo and we have good rate, but i read in forum that only belgium people can activate this operator sim card...........is true??????????

But Belgium have many operator which council me????

That is what Simyo told me, but they said someone could apply for me then transfer it. When I asked how, and whether this would affect credit card top-tp they did not reply they did not reply.

I think they will only deliver to Belgium but everyone should be able to buy it, we're in EU, at least we can buy a foreign card! If you can't buy it you can always try with Mobistar Basic which is very interesting, or Ay Yildiz which is sold at Base shops.

You can of course use any credit card to order and top up your simyo card. However, our system is equipped with a filters that only allows Belgian citizens with a Belgian ID card to register. You will then need to ask any Belgian knowledge to register for you. Once registration is processed, you will be able to log on the 'Self Service' web page and order your simyo card.

I'm slightly confused by this. Will it not be difficult for me to use my
credit card, with its British address, after someone else has registered for
me?

___ is not Belgian, but has lived there for several years (about
ten) - could he apply to register? And would he (or a Belgian citizen
instead) then have to contact you to change it to my name before the credit
card would work?
